Introduction to Purified Water Equipment

Purified water equipment is used to produce purified water to meet the needs of various industries, and is mostly used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biochemistry, chemical engineering, and hospitals. The entire system is made up of SUS304L or SUS316L stainless steel material and must be equipped with UV and ozone disinfection devices before the water is used. The core technology of purified water equipment uses deionization processes such as reverse osmosis and EDI, which are designed to meet the water requirements for purified water production and large-scale infusion production in pharmaceutical plants and hospitals.

Application: The purified water machine is used to produce purified water for various industries, mainly used in pharmaceuticals, biochemistry, vaccines, and other industries. The equipment has a beautiful and compact appearance, occupies a small area, is easy to operate and install, and implements an online monitoring system. Consumable replacement is also convenient, and the output water quality is stable with low resistance.

Features of Purified Water Equipment:

1. Modular design, compact and orderly structure.

2. The design considers the heating source and difficult-to-remove ions, ensuring compliance with GMP purified water standards.

3. Imported reverse osmosis membranes are used with high desalination rate, long service life, low operating costs, and high and stable water quality.

4. The mature application of EDI systems gives higher and more stable water quality, while also being environmentally friendly.

5. The terminal water produced by the system uses a double water supply method, where product water passes through two pipelines into the purified water tank when it meets qualification, and unqualified water is circulated through two pipelines and flows back to the middle water storage tank.

6. The purified water equipment and the pipelines in contact with the purified water meet the GMP requirements. The gasket is made of PTPE, the diaphragm valve is installed horizontally at a 45-degree angle, and the installation angle of the circulating pipeline is set at 0.5%, with the lowest point being the discharge point.

7. The connection between pipelines and components is automatically welded with argon gas protection, ensuring the welding quality.

8. The control system uses PLC and human-computer interface automatic control technology and can provide various communication protocols.
